2. Service Terms
DK Plumbing LLC provides plumbing services in Rio Rancho and surrounding areas. By scheduling a service, you agree to the following:
•     Payment is due immediately upon completion of work.
•     Pricing is hourly, with a minimum charge of one hour at $150/hour plus applicable taxes.
•     Additional time is billed in 15-minute increments.
•     Emergency or after-hours rates may apply.
3. No Refund Policy
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds for completed services. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
4. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide high-quality plumbing services. However, DK Plumbing LLC is not liable for:
•     Damages resulting from pre-existing conditions
•     Delays due to weather, supply issues, or third-party interference
•     Indirect or consequential damages
5. Website Access and Security
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website secure and available. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not responsible for technical issues or data loss.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Sandoval County.
