Refund Policy

At DK Plumbing LLC, we take pride in delivering reliable plumbing services to our customers throughout Rio Rancho and the greater New Mexico area. Due to the nature of our work and the immediate value provided upon service completion, we do not offer refunds for any services rendered.
1. No Refunds
All sales and service fees are final. Once a service has been performed or a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable.
2. Service Satisfaction
If you have concerns about the quality of our work, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. While we do not offer refunds, we may offer a follow-up inspection or corrective service at our discretion.
3. Deposits and Prepayments
Any deposits or prepayments made to secure service appointments are also non-refundable. Rescheduling may be accommodated with advance notice.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered in cases of billing errors or duplicate charges. These must be reported within 7 days of the transaction.
